Excelsior Jazz presents acoustic “straight ahead” jazz with the highest standard of live music. Authentic, professional and finely-dressed, you can count on the band to always look and act the part while playing Jazz at the highest caliber. Led by music director Adam Gay, Excelsior Jazz band can be seen performing Jazz music in Tucson, and surrounding areas in Arizona. The band is available for Weddings, special events, private parties, corporate events, and concerts.

Band Director, Adam Gay, has lived and performed in the country's most bustling jazz scenes. From the foggy streets of San Francisco to the lively, cut-throat New York City scene, Adam has played with some of the world's best musicians and venues in his 25 year career. Some well-known clubs he's played in include Mezzrow, Dizzy’s Club Coca Cola, Cellar Dog, and Ornithology Jazz Club.
